Overview The newest UN reports regarding the science of global warming point out that if nothing changes, in 100 years the average world temperature will have increased by four degrees. This temperature increase would bring heretofore-unseen risks for us. Negotiations for creating a new global warming prevention framework in order to limit the temperature rise to two degrees are in full swing. Since the new framework is planned to be agreed upon at the end of 2015, from this year to next year is a crucial negotiation period. Citizens and companies in Japan are going to take a considerable interest in these negotiations. Thus, at this event, international NGO members who participated in the Bonn conference—the front lines of UN global warming negotiations—will share in an easy to understand way the reality of negotiations and the important points of global warming measures.  Furthermore, we are inviting Takejiro Sueyoshi, an advisor highly trusted by companies, as a special guest. Alongside the NGO reports, he will talk about how we should think about global warming policies in preparation for next year.United Nations Climate Change Bonn Conference Debriefing Meeting Flyer (Japanese)
